LINE CONSULTING
In order to have an efficient and personalized consultancy, you are asked to enter some relevant data of your patient. You will be helped to insert data of your patient with some forms. After filling the last form, push the send button. The answers to your questions are going to be sent to you via e-mail as soon as possible.
The data you are inserting are going to be stored in the specialist's database. You have to give the explicit consent of your patient to store these data, before sending them.
You will receive an email containing an unique identifier, so that in case your patient has a real visit at the menopause centre, the data may easily be imported to the Patients DataBase.
