May be avoiding heavy meals is an option you can try in case of trouble fallings asleep. Also, check whether drinking coffee, black tea, and alcoholic beverages may have an impact; it may help to avoid theses in the evenings.
This measure may also help if you have hot flushes, you may find you have less flushes after theses adjustments.
Daily exercise,if you have not started already to keep fit, may be beneficial to improve your quality of sleep. But be careful and do not exercise late at night, you may find that you will have trouble sleeping because of this, so timing is crucial.
