This is a something we all long for in our private and professional lifes.
However, in women approaching menopause there are several key points you may wish to think about in order to stay healthy:

  • Please check your diet and eat wisely. In case you do not have regular meals with daily vegetables and fruits you should try to change your routine. Choose foods that are low in fats and do not have to many calories, but many vitamins and minerals.
  • Many of us like to have a drink. Remember, most of us cannot drink as much as our husbands / partners. Please check whether you feel better if you drink less.
  • Exercise is important throughout life. We all know this, but often it is difficult to maintain a regular schedule. Please take your time and think which sort of exercise you would like to choose in case you do not exercise already. May be you can do it together with your friends and family.
  • If you think about your nutrition and your exercise, you will see that both help to maintain your body weight throughout menopause, in fact you may loose weight.
