It is likely that YOU belong to the majority of women that are caring for a family, and many of these women will also have responsibilities for there professional life. Beating stress is very important for all of us nowadays, in particular in women with double responsibilities approaching menopause.
The hormonal changes may have an impact on your emotional and psychological well-being. Think about it whether you could not regard menopause as a signal for yourself to re-adjust your life and the many routines of it when approaching menopause.

Here are some points to consider:

  • Continue to talk with your friends and family in case you encounter any changes with your self-image

  • Check your nutrition

  • Think about your personal plan to reduce stress, may be you can learn relaxation techniques or you start a creative activity, something you always wanted to do

  • Regular physical activity is not only good for keeping in shape and maintain body weight, but also for your mind
